I will qualify and counsel serious buyers toward a decision.  Buyers need answers to countless questions, not only on your property, but also on matters such as financing, payments, insurance and title clearance.

Submit Written Offers

I will submit to you all written offers, assist with negotiations, and provide an estimate of your net sales proceeds, so you understand all implications prior to any acceptance. 

When You Accept An Offer

Upon acceptance of an offer to you, I will monitor all pre-settlement (escrow) activities throughout the closing including home inspections and appraisals.

On closing day, I will be right there to address any last minute details and guide you through the entire process.
